The Orbea Gain D30 road ebike is based on the lightweight alloy Gain platform and runs on the highly regarded Shimano 105 11-speed drive train with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. It also has an integrated daylight running light and a tail light that is powered by the battery, a first for a road ebike.

The Orbea Gain D30 ebike is a lightweight road ebike for road riders who are looking to take the edge of the hills and want the crisp and efficient shifting of the 11-speed Shimano 105 groupset.
The Gain platform won a Design & Innovation Award when it was first released for introducing the first truly lightweight platform that "will change the lives of many cyclists. allowing them to rediscover two-wheeled freedom". The Gain is stylish and sleek and its geometry and tech mean it handles beautifully and offers a lot more than your standard road ebike.
The D30 model also comes equipped with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, a carbon fork, and tubeless ready 30C tires. Its geometry offers a comfortable and agile ride and for the most part you won't even realise you are riding an ebike.... except when the smooth assistance from the new eBikemotion X35 Plus motor kicks in and puts a massive smile of your face.
