The Sam2 geometry has been modified to a slacker 65 degree head angle to complement the 170mm travel. With the superb performance of the Bosch motor and its tough components this is a bike that you can really put through its paces downhill.
The F.O.L.D. rear linkage that Focus has developed is combined with the RockShox ZEB front suspenson with 38mm stanchions and RockShox Super Deluxe Select+ rear shock to soak up the roots and rocks with ease. Focus have also tidied up the cockpit with their new CIS cable routing design that routes all the cables into the frame.
The Focus Sam2 6.8 eMTB also comes equipped with excellent running gear. It includes a Kind Shock suspension seatpost and the new Sram GX Eagle 12-speed shifting. Strong Sram Code R brakes with 220mm rotors will pull you up quick smart. The 29" Rodi Tryp30 wheels roll on grippy Schwalbe Magic Mary tires with soft compound and the Focus flip chip lets you switch over to a 27.5" wheel too.
