A sporty touch to a relaxed classic. The Kalkhoff Agattu is a classic German-made comfort ebike with an especially deep, easy to ride stepthrough frame. A mid-drive motor and the deep centre-mount battery provides a low centre of gravity and therefore impeccable handling. When paired with the dynamic Bosch Active Line motor the Kalkhoff Agattu 1.B model transforms from a relaxed, comfort cruiser to speedy about-town daily ride... should you wish.
The Bosch Active Line motor works beautifully with the Shimano Nexus 7-speed internal gears. These gears are perfect for beginner riders (or those who don't like complex gears) as they are easy to use and can be changed whilst stationary. The German-made Magura hydraulic rim brakes provide strong braking performance and front suspension adds comfort and performance.
The Kalkhoff Agattu 1.B ebike is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. It has a comfortable suspension seatpost, integrated front and rear lights, sturdy rear kickstand, chainguard, mudguards and an Abus frame lock that is keyed alike with the battery key. A rear rack is also provided so you can carry a basket, pannier or child seat and even a wheel lock.
Beautifully comfortable and rated to carry an impressive 130kg, this is an electric bike for all occasions whether you want relaxed cruisy comfort or you want to do some distance. Excellent value and excellent fun.
