Try Before You Buy Policy
Before we let you loose with your potential purchase we hope you understand that we need to cover a few basics to protect both you and us.
-
You must have completed our basic product training and passed our basic competence assessment to make sure you’ll be a safe and responsible rider out on the road and bike paths. We’ll also ask you to sign an indemnity form after you’ve had your training and demonstration session.
-
We will need to take a copy of your driving license or your passport (if you don’t have your license yet). If you only have a passport we’ll also need a copy of a bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address.
-
We will also need to take a credit card deposit of $1,000 to contribute to the cost of a replacement bike if it is lost, stolen or damaged whilst it's in your possession.
-
If you decide not to buy the bike then we charge you a nominal $50 to contribute to the wear and tear, and maintenance costs for the bike.
