Electric Bikes – Delivery

We offer a range of solutions to deliver your electric bike to you:

If you live further afield, we can also deliver to your local bike shop who we can work with to assist you with ongoing support. 

Our priority is to ensure your purchases arrive safely and in excellent condition. Delivery times vary depending on where you live and how you choose to collect. You can expect delivery within 4 – 10 working days.

Accessories & Parts

Delivery to all states and territories in Australia is primarily via Australia Post. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery of your purchase from the time of payment.

Shipping Fees

Shipping to most destinations vary, depending on the destination and mode of transport.  Destinations that are remote to Brisbane, e.g., rural areas, can attract higher freight charges. We take extra care when preparing your ebike to ensure it is not damaged whilst in transit.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY ADVICE

Our Store to Door delivery includes transit insurance, and it is the buyer's responsibility to obtain insurance otherwise. We strongly advise you to obtain insurance for valuable items.

  • Please do not accept delivery from the courier if you judge that the package and contents have been damaged.
  • Please do not sign for a package as damaged even if the driver asks you to do so. Signing for damage often voids any liability of the shipping company and will also void the insurance covering that consignment.
