The EBB Owners Club
The EBB Owners Club is a service that we provide for those who have purchased their electric bike from Electric Bikes Brisbane. Buying an ebike from us automatically qualifies you to be a member.
The EBB Owners Club offers reduced service centre rates as well as organised group rides, workshops and events.
Service Centre Rates
As a member of the EBB Owners Club you will receive excellent discounted servicing rates on our primary service offerings. We offer same day turnaround and have complimentary wi-fi onsite if you wish to work while you wait.
Furthermore we also provide full warranty support free of charge to our customers, and priority scheduling to get you back on the road as quickly as we can.
EBB Owners Club Rides
Our Owners Club rides are a great opportunity for like-minded people to enjoy riding together, learn more about their e-bikes and explore Brisbane and surrounds together.
Our popular Sunday rides are held approximately every two months. Sometimes we explore locally around Brisbane and sometimes we venture further afield.
These are causal, social rides and we welcome all levels of fitness and experience. We have one main goal - everyone has a great time.
During the course of the year we host a mix of rides around Brisbane and some rides that explore further afield.

EBike Touring and EBike-Friendly Events
EBikes are a great way to explore and there are plenty of organized public events that welcome electric bikes now. See the list further below for some of the organisations that we are aware of who run events that welcome electric bikes.
Many of our owners do some really interesting bikepacking tours with their ebikes and are happy to share their routes and story with us as inspiration for others. See our EBike Rides and Tours page.
