The Basil Urban Dry Backpack is a backpack and pannier bag in one. It boasts a 18L capacity and is waterproof, and with the easy-to-use Hook-On system is very practical and versatile. Simply hook it on to your ebike for your trip and when you reach your destination the fully padded back and shoulder straps ensure you can comfortably carry it. It also has a chest strap that keeps the shoulder straps together.
