You’ve invested a lot in your pride and joy. It deserves looking after from a specialist with qualified technicians equipped with the correct tools and software.

With years of electric bike experience under our belts, Electric Bikes Brisbane has an outstanding reputation for service and technical expertise and is Queensland’s leading electric bike service centre. We are an authorised service centre for most of the major electric bike drive systems - Bosch, Shimano, Fazua, EBikemotion, Dyname and more - and are approved service agents for most leading e-bike brands.

We also understand how important your e-bike is to you. We have designed our service centre to offer a professional experience to keep you running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, and to get you back out there moving as quickly as possible.

Service Centre Operating Hours and Appointments

Our service centre is open from Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.00pm.

All servicing, repair, adjustment and warranty work is by appointment. (Similar to most motor vehicle service centres.) 

This ensures you have the best qualified tech for the job at hand and so that we can get your bike back to you as quickly as possible.

We have an online booking facility (link below) and encourage you to book early. 

Book Your Service

If you bring your ebike in without an appointment you risk us not having the capacity to take it in and work on it immediately. However if you have an appointment and wish to drop it off early you are welcome to drop off on a Saturday or a day or two before your appointment. 

Service Intervals

If you are a new owner we offer a free post sale adjustment within your first 45 days, and recommend the first full service at six months or 500-750km. Your first full service will inform your service intervals going forward.

However as a rule of thumb plan to get your bike serviced every 12-15 months, depending on bike type and usage. E-MTBs, cargo ebikes and high mileage commuters tend to require servicing more often.

Technical Support

We understand that receiving technical support without the need to bring your ebike in is important. 

Should you need remote technical support please: 

- Call and leave a message on the service centre line, or 

- Submit a support request (preferred).

Submitting an online support request is preferable as more detailed information can be provided, which will speed up our ability to resolve for you. 

Warranty Resolution

Most of the ebikes that we sell have a two or three-year manufacturers warranty. This provides replacement of parts free of charge for manufacturing defects. If you have an approved warranty claim we provide full warranty resolution, including labour, free of charge for our customers who have purchased their bikes from us.

Spare Parts & Tech Help

We are not a parts sales centre. However we stock a comprehensive range of spares on the brands that we represent to help our customers keep their bike in tip top shape when it needs servicing or repaired. 

Given the complex nature of electric bikes and the importance matching the correct parts to specifications, our general policy is to not sell spare parts separately.
