Recommended Service Intervals
How often your eBike needs a service depends on how you ride it and what type of eBike it is. Commuters, cargo bikes, eMTBs, and touring bikes all have different service rhythms. All ebikes require at least an annual service.
Our senior technicians have put together a complete guide to service intervals, the most common avoidable faults, and what a Bosch eBike service at EBB includes.
Technical Support
- Call and leave a message on the service centre line, our techs will return your call when they have finished working on the scheduled services, or
- Submit a support request (preferred ).
Submitting an online support request is preferable as more detailed information can be provided, including the option to upload video and/or photos. This extra information will speed up our ability to resolve for you.
Warranty Resolution
Most of the ebikes that we sell have a two or three-year manufacturers warranty. This provides replacement of parts free of charge for manufacturing defects.
If your warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer we provide full warranty resolution, including labour, free of charge for our customers who have purchased their bikes from us.

Spare Parts & Tech Help
We are not a parts sales centre. However we stock a comprehensive range of spares on the brands that we represent to help our customers keep their bike in tip top shape when it needs servicing or repaired.
Given the complex nature of electric bikes and the importance matching the correct parts to specifications, our general policy is to not sell spare parts separately.
For assistance with sourcing spares or tech help see our Guide here>>.
