"Designed for Down", it also has a redesigned new frame and suspension setup with fully active 4-bar linkage while retaining the same downhill DNA of the previous model (burley frame, slack head angle, 180/170mm).

Bosch Smart System. You get the Bosch 750Wh powertube battery as standard, which means more laps, more downs, bigger grin. Download the Bosch eBike flow app to unlock customisable rider modes, fitness and performance data, as well as security features. Add the Bosch eBike Alarm and Connect Module to add a integrated 100dB alarm and GPS tracking to your pride and joy.

Ground Up Frame Re-design. To accomodate the big 750Wh battery and Bosch Smart System CX motor Focus have rotated the motor to allow the battery to sit low in the downtube and help keep the weight low down in the bike.

The battery is still removable. However to increase frame stiffness and reduce weight, the opening for battery removal is at the bottom of the downtube, protected by a sturdy skid plate. This means the frame wall thickness can be reduced to deliver the same stiffness at a lower weight than the previous larger cut out dual wall frame design.
