Stealthy, lightweight, fun trail eMTB with wireless transmission. The Trek Fuel EXe 5 eMTB is the most economical model in Trek's highly regarded Fuel EXe eMTB range. It features their new alloy frame and is kitted out with Shimano Deore 12-speed gearing and Tektro 203mm hydraulic brakes.  It's 150/140mm Rockshox dual suspension platform and adjustable geometry offers a balanced, capable bike and a fun riding experience for those looking to conquer bigger trails and longer days.

Powered by the almost-silent TQ motor. Powering the Trek Fuel EXe is the extremely compact TQ motor which is considered one of the (if not the) quietest motor on the market. It has 50Nm of torque and a peak power output of 300W which, for traditional mountain bikers, is very welcome on long days and big terrain. Bluetooth and ANT+ capability allows the TQ system to pair with your GPS head unit and mobile phone. Further functions can be unlocked via the Trek Central app, which offers navigation and integration with third party apps. 

Removable 360Wh battery. The Fuel EXe’s battery can be easily removed from the frame so can be charged on and off the bike. Trek claims you can fully charge the battery in just two hours with a fast charger and rider reviews suggest to expect three hours of riding time per charge if using mixed modes.

A 150/140mm 29er with adjustable geometry. The bike has 29er wheels front and rear, 140mm rear travel paired to 150mm forks, a 65º head angle, and 77º effective seat angle (in Low position; the Mino link flip-chip lets you tweak it by 0.5º steeper in High). It comes with size-specific dropper posts (small: 120mm, medium: 150mm and large: 170mm) and all sizes come with 165mm cranks.
