The New Orbea Wild eMTB: Performance Through Simplicity
The new 2023 Orbea Wild eMTB range has been described as "an absolute weapon for enduro riders". Orbea have completely redesigned its popular Wild eMTB and have created a new industry benchmark with a sub-21kg, full power race-ready enduro machine which features clever detailing and next level integration.Â
What has driven the design of the new Wild though has been an intention to create a machine that delivers a pure mountain biking experience - energetic and involving in any every way.Â
The 2023 Wild is a 29er with a slack 63.5 head angle and e-optimised enduro geometry. Depending on which model you choose it rocks either 170mm or 160mm travel up front and 160mm in the rear.
It has a new lighter weight frame designed to integrate the Bosch CX motor and Bosch Smart System components and it also offers the ability to choose between 625Wh or 750Wh battery.Â
This is an eMTB that sets a new benchmark. Drop-dead gorgeous. Light. Fast. Powerful. Available in a number of models depending on your budget and spec preferences and also able to be customised through Orbea's MYO portal.

Orbea Wild eMTB Carbon ("M") Models
There are four Wild models with carbon frames (the "M" models) and the table below provides a comparison of the standard specs for each model.

All have the same carbon frame platform with differences primarily being between between suspension, drivetrain and wheelset, although these can be mixed and matched if you take advantage of the MYO customisation service. One key difference between the M-LTD and other models models is that the M-LTD also has the new Bosch CX Race motor. Â
