German bicycle manufacturer Focus has released its new electric mountain bike range for 2026.
Known for their premium build quality and sportif characteristics, this new range raises performance to a new level.
2026 Focus EMTBs - A Complete Redesign
The 2026 Focus Electric Mountain Bike range impresses with its well-thought-out design, great performance on the trail, and its fair pricing.
This new range has had a complete redesign with rider experience, on and off the trail, at the heart. All are now powered by Bosch Gen 5 CX motor, with 600Wh batteries and pre-configured to take the Bosch Powermore 250 range extender for range flexibility.
Beautifully designed and made frames (you can be forgiven for thinking they are carbon!) have been thought through in every detail. Focus aims to deliver a great ride and an electric mountain bike that is equipped with well-tuned and chosen durable components.
Key changes
The key changes in this range are:
- New frames and geometry for each eMTB line, focusing on the level of experience and style of riding the rider desires
- All powered by the Gen5 Bosch CX system – smaller, lighter, quieter, and up to 100Nm
- After significant research into battery usage, Focus Australia have opted for the 600Wh battery with the option to mount a range extender for those occasions you need extra range.
Who is the Focus Electric Mountain Bike For?
The Focus F26 range is a top pick for budget-conscious riders who want a premium, top-handling electric mountain bike and don’t want to compromise on reliability.
