1. Promoter
The promoter is Pemby Pty Ltd trading as Electric Bikes Brisbane, ABN 55 145 731 157, 26 Douglas Street, Milton QLD 4064 (electricbikesbrisbane.com.au), referred to below as "the Promoter", "we" or "us".
2. Competition period
The competition opened on 26 May 2026 at 9:00 am AEST and closes on Friday 11 December 2026 at 11:59 pm AEST. We won't accept entries received after the competition closes. Entries received before these terms were updated remain valid and are judged under these terms.
3. Eligibility
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). Entries from ACT residents are ineligible and will not be judged.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in administering this competition are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
To enter, complete the official online entry form during the competition period. You can reach the form through any of these official entry points:
- a pop-up or link on electricbikesbrisbane.com.au;
- a QR code displayed in our Milton showroom or workshop, or printed on our service documents;
- a link sent to you by SMS or email after you asked for it (for example, during a phone call with our team); or
- a link in an Electric Bikes Brisbane email or survey.
You must give your first name, email address, mobile number and postcode, and answer the judging question in section 5. Some entry points also ask optional survey questions about your riding or your current bike. Your answers to those questions are not judged and do not affect your chances of winning.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. You don't need to agree to receive marketing to enter. Only one entry is allowed per person, however many entry points you use. Entries are limited to one per mobile number and one per email address. Where we receive more than one entry from the same person, only the first complete entry will be judged.
5. Judging question
Every entrant must answer this question in their own words:
Your answer must be your own original work. It must not be copied from another person, and must not be entirely generated by an AI tool or other software. It must not be offensive, defamatory or unlawful, or infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Game of skill and judging
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in deciding the winner. Each eligible entry is judged only on its answer to the judging question, against these criteria:

AI-assisted judging. Every eligible entry will be scored against the criteria above by an artificial intelligence (AI) judging tool, using the same instructions for every entry. The tool sees only the answer to the judging question. It does not see the entrant's name, contact details, survey answers or purchase history. The entry with the highest total score will be the provisional winner.
A nominated representative of the Promoter will review the provisional winner and the shortlist of the highest-scoring entries. They will confirm that each one is eligible, that it complies with these terms, and that the criteria have been applied correctly, before the winner is confirmed. If the provisional winner is ineligible, the next-highest-scoring eligible entry will be selected. If two or more entries have the same total score, the entry with the higher creativity and originality score wins. If they are still tied, the representative will choose the winner by applying the criteria above.
Judging will take place at 26 Douglas Street, Milton QLD 4064 on Monday 14 December 2026. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize
One winner will receive one ADO Air Carbon Pro Folding E-Bike (RRP AUD $3,999, colour subject to availability). The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be taken as cash. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize doesn't include accessories, servicing, insurance or any costs set out in section 9.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by phone and email within 5 business days of judging. If we can't reach the winner, or they don't respond within 10 business days of first contact, the prize will go to the next-highest-scoring eligible entry under section 6. The winner may need to show photo ID that matches their entry details.
9. Prize collection
The prize must be collected in person from our showroom at 26 Douglas Street, Milton QLD 4064, during trading hours (Tuesday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, closed public holidays). It must be collected within 30 days of the winner being confirmed, unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing. The bike will be handed over assembled, with a short set-up and handover.
If the winner can't collect in store, the Promoter can arrange shipping at the winner's own cost. The Promoter will provide a freight quote, which must be paid before dispatch. Travel, freight, and any other costs of taking up the prize are the winner's responsibility. Risk in the prize passes to the winner when it is collected or handed to the carrier.
10. Publication of winner
By entering, you agree that if you win, the Promoter may publish your first name, suburb and winning answer on its website and social media. We will tell the winner before anything is published.
11. Privacy and marketing
We collect your personal information to run this competition, including to process your entry and judge it, and to contact and verify the winner. Your answer to the judging question will be processed by our AI judging tool. If you agree to it on the entry form, we will also use your information to send you marketing from Electric Bikes Brisbane by email and/or SMS, as you chose. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by replying STOP to our SMS. Your optional survey answers help us tailor our advice, service reminders and offers to you.
We handle all information in line with our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the competition and our communications, such as form, CRM, email, SMS and AI providers.
12. General
- The Promoter may verify the eligibility of any entrant. It may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, ineligible, fraudulent or tampered with, or that doesn't comply with these terms.
- Entries made with automated software or bots, or in any way that gets around the one-entry-per-person rule, will be disqualified.
- The Promoter may change, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control arise, subject to any direction from a regulator.
- Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
- This competition is run under the laws of Queensland, Australia. It is a game of skill.
- By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
