ADO Competition Terms and Agreements

1. Promoter

The promoter is Pemby Pty Ltd trading as Electric Bikes Brisbane, ABN 55 145 731 157, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (electricbikesbrisbane.com.au).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on 26 May 2026 at 9:00 AM AEST and closes on 11 December 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Pemby Pty Ltd, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in the administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the online entry form at electricbikesbrisbane.com.au during the competition period. You must provide your first name, email address, and mobile number, and answer all required questions including the judging question. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries are limited to one per registered mobile phone number and one per email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

6. Winner Selection

This is a game of skill. Entries will be judged by a panel of Electric Bikes Brisbane staff based on creativity, originality, and genuine passion for cycling. The winning entry will be selected at the promoter’s sole discretion. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Judging will take place on or after 12 December 2026 at Electric Bikes Brisbane, Brisbane, Queensland.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) ADO Air Carbon electric bike valued at approximately AUD $3,999 (RRP). The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash. If the specified prize becomes unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by phone and email within 5 business days of judging. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 business days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian address fully assembled, at no cost to the winner, within 30 days of the winner being confirmed. Delivery to a PO Box is not available.

10. Publication of Winner

By entering, entrants agree that the promoter may publish the winner’s first name, suburb, and winning entry on its website and social media channels. The promoter will notify the winner before publication.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through this competition will be used to administer the competition and, where consent has been provided, to send marketing communications from Electric Bikes Brisbane. Information will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy available at electricbikesbrisbane.com.au/privacy-policy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required to administer this competition.

12. General

• The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, ineligible, fraudulent, or does not comply with these terms.
• Entries using automated software, bots, or any other means to circumvent the one-entry-per-person rule will be disqualified.
• The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control arise, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
• This competition is conducted in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. It is classified as a game of skill and does not require a trade promotion permit under Queensland law.
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
