Twin Glide Flex Tech Frame: Smooth Ride. The Orbea Carpe 20 E-Bike uses Orbea’s patented Twin Glide frame design, developed to help reduce road vibrations and improve comfort during everyday city riding. The lowered junction between the frame and seat tube creates a clean, sporty silhouette while also lowering the standover height, making it easier to get on and off the bike in urban traffic. A longer exposed seat tube, reinforced with a dual-tube structure, works together with the carbon fork to allow controlled natural flex, helping smooth out bumps while maintaining confident handling and stability.

Powered by Shimano EP600 motor with a 420Wh high-density battery. The Orbea Carpe 20 E-Bike is driven by the compact Shimano EP600 motor, delivering powerful assistance of up to 85Nm of torque while remaining lightweight and efficient. The motor provides smooth support during acceleration and maintains very low drag when pedalling without assistance. The frame features clean internal cable routing for a refined, minimalist appearance, while a 420Wh high-density battery is neatly integrated into the downtube, offering reliable range for daily commuting and extended city rides. 

High Performance. Low Maintenance. Lightweight.  The Carpe 20 E-Bike is equipped with Shimano CUES 9-speed gearing and Shimano MT400 hydraulic disc brakes. This practical combination offers efficient shifting and long-lasting durability for urban riding. Even with its integrated accessories and commuter-focused extras, the Carpe 20 weighs just under 20 kg, making it easy to handle and manoeuvre.

Intelligent integration of accessories. The Orbea Carpe electric bikes include a range of thoughtfully integrated accessories designed for everyday urban riding. Lighting is seamlessly built into the head tube and seatpost, automatically activating as daylight fades to improve visibility. A custom kickstand is neatly integrated into the chainstay, while the stem features a convenient USB-C charging port powered by the main battery for charging devices on the move. The Carpe 20 version also includes an additional front headlight and mudguards, plus a MIK rear rack rated to carry up to 20 kg.
