It is light in weight, smooth to ride and is powered by the Shimano EP600 motor with long-range 630Wh battery. As well as being very striking, the design maintains stiffness and solidity required for housing the mid-mount motor and battery while providing a smooth and athletic ride performance.

Powered by Shimano EP600 with 630Wh high density battery. The Diem 20 has the compact Shimano EP600 motor which is strong (85Nm), lightweight and offers little resistance when pedalling without power. The clean lines are achieved by routing all cabling through the frame and the frame also houses the large 630Wh high-density battery which is claimed to provide up to 9 hours of riding. Plus there is also the option to mount a 250Wh range extender. 

Shimano 5-Speed gears with carbon belt drive. Equipped for durability and simplicity and performance with Shimano's Nexus 5-Speed internal hub and Gates belt drive.

Intelligent integration of accessories. The Diem has a range of integrated accessories such as lights built into the head tube and seatpost which automatically switch on as light fades, and a custom kickstand incorporated into the chainstay. The top of the stem has a USB-C port, drawing charge from the battery to power accessories on the go. 

Customise your Diem. The Diem is available with Orbea’s MyO program. Through this, you can specify your Diem with options on accessories, batteries and additional extras.
