Range depends on the bike, battery size, rider weight, assist level, terrain, wind, tyre pressure, and how much you carry. As a practical rule of thumb, the commuter eBikes we stock are selected to suit real commuting and should cover at least 50km for the right use case. For longer or hillier commutes, we may recommend a larger battery or a bike with a stronger motor system.
Can I commute by eBike in Brisbane rain?
Yes. Quality eBikes are designed to handle wet conditions, and many of the systems we stock are made for European conditions where moisture is common. We still recommend sensible riding: avoid flooded roads and creeks, keep your tyres in good condition, and do not pressure-wash the bike or electrical parts.
